All orders must be placed before the weekly cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the following delivery cycle.

Payments

Customers select meals based on their chosen plan. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure selections are correct before completing the order.

Delivery

Delivery is available within selected areas. Delivery days vary by location and are communicated on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or the customer not being available, we are not responsible for the condition of the order or redelivery.

Our meals are prepared fresh weekly. While we take care in preparation, customers are responsible for checking ingredients and suitability for dietary needs or allergies.

We reserve the right to update menus, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
