Refund Policy
At Meal Prepz, all meals are prepared fresh to order. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before the weekly cut-off time (Thursday 12PM). After this time, orders are locked in and cannot be modified or refunded.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the case of:
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items
- Quality issues with meals
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the cut-off time
- Incorrect meal selections made by the customer
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly store and handle the meals.
